1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms govern your access to and use of Total File Convert's site, tools, and edge services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. License and Scope of Use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use our tools for personal or commercial file conversion purposes.

Our local-first conversion scripts run in your browser sandbox. You must not attempt to bypass browser restrictions, extract proprietary edge scripts, or distribute or package our client-side modules without our prior written consent.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Total File Convert only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Submit files containing malicious payloads, viruses, or trojans.
• Abuse our edge node routing by executing high-frequency automated scraping scripts.
• Attempt to launch denial-of-service (DoS) attacks against our infrastructure.
• Transcode illegal or unauthorized material.

4. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

Total File Convert is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee 100% fidelity on layout conversion, font matches, or data compression. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost files, formatting errors, or service interruptions.

5. Intellectual Property

All original software, user interface components, logo structures, styles, page assets, and layout configurations are the intellectual property of Total File Convert. Third-party WebAssembly libraries, icons, and codecs are subject to their respective open-source licensing agreements.
